One of our biggest loves of being in the produce industry since 1934 is the every changing diversity, especially with some of the products that are truly seasonal. Every October we start our seasonal Italian Chestnut program and we will be receiving our first shipments this week.

We are relaunching our monthly newsletter after a bit of a hiatus. Captures some of our product highlights for the month, tradeshows we'll be attending, recent produce tours we've been on and more. I'm sure I'll even mention Tajin from time to time as well. ;-)
New crop Washington state apples are here!
Gala apples were the first for us to ship and we recently toured one of our partner warehouses. We've attached a general apple/pear timing sheet we share with our customers as well. We will see some honeycrisps starting next week, and each week, a different variety or two will start harvest.
We'd love to work with you on your 2022 Pacific NW apple program. We also work with some of the Canadian varieties also.
The 2022 New Crop Potato and Onion seasons have started in the Pacific Northwest. We have conventional russets, yellow and red potatoes available now. Demand is high as the existing volume has been pretty low.
On organics, we have organic russets available now, and will soon be into yellow potatoes. Our organic onions will start the 2nd week of August.
